Ambertale is a place where adults write stories together. These rules apply to chats, the characters you create, and the images, videos and comics you generate.

1. What is allowed

Romantic, emotional and dramatic fiction between adults.
In text chats, adult content between characters based on clear and ongoing consent.
Thriller, mystery, adventure; dark themes to the extent the story requires.

2. Strictly prohibited

Any content that sexualizes minors or childlike features. A character’s stated age or explanations such as “actually an adult” do not change this.
Real people and celebrities: characters that portray them, their likeness, or sexual or degrading content about them.
Non-consensual sexual content and sexual violence.
Characters that belong to others and copyrighted works (including characters from TV series, films, games and anime).
Hate speech, harassment, threats; demeaning individuals or groups.
Content that encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
Instructions for illegal and dangerous acts, such as making weapons, explosives or drugs.
Sharing other people’s personal data; spam, fraud, and abusing the service with automated tools.

Content involving minors and illegal content is removed immediately, the account is closed, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities where necessary.

3. Image, video and comic generation

The rules are stricter for media generation: nudity and explicit sexual content are not generated. Romantic and suggestive scenes are allowed.

Prompts that break the rules are not generated and no credits are deducted. Deliberately rewording prompts to get around the rules counts as a violation.

4. When creating a character

The character must be original and clearly over 18 years old.
The short description and the public description must honestly describe what the character is.
Every character is reviewed by a moderator before it is published; if needed, it comes back to you with a note on what to fix.

5. Reports and enforcement

If you see a character or message that breaks the rules, report it using “Report”. Your identity is not shared with the person you report.

Depending on the severity of the violation: a warning, removal of the content, restriction of features, or closure of the account.
To appeal a decision, write to [destek@ambertale.app]; a moderator will review the appeal again.
