Ambertale is only for people aged 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth when you first sign in; this date cannot be changed later. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed.

Giving a false age is a serious breach of these terms.

You sign in to Ambertale without a password: with a single-use link sent to your email, or with your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your email account and your device. An account belongs to one person only and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

The characters are original, fictional AI characters. What they say is fiction; it does not represent a real person and is not the opinion of a real person.

• Responses are generated by AI; they may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected.
• Ambertale does not provide medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
• If you have thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 112 or contact a professional.

Chat responses, media generations and some features are used with credits. The credit cost of an action is shown in the app before the action.

• The free plan receives credits every day; daily credits renew at midnight (UTC).
• Credits have no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold.
• Credits deducted for a response or generation that could not be completed are refunded.
• When paid credit packs and plans are offered, the distance sales contract and the preliminary information form will be shown separately before purchase.

The messages you write, the characters you create and your media prompts belong to you. So that we can provide the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free right to host and process this content, send it to AI models, review it for moderation and (for characters you publish) show it to other readers. This right ends when you delete the content or your account; characters you have published may remain available to readers without an owner even if you delete your account.

When publishing a character, you declare that the character is original, is over 18, and does not portray a real person or a character belonging to someone else. Characters are reviewed before publication; characters that do not comply with the rules are not published or are removed.

You may download and share the images, videos and comics you generate for your own use; however, it is your responsibility not to infringe the rights of third parties and to comply with these terms. The originality of AI generations, or that they will be eligible for copyright protection in every country, is not guaranteed.

When using the service, you agree to follow the Community and Content Rules. These rules form part of these terms.

We may remove content that breaches the rules, restrict features or, in the case of serious or repeated breaches, close the account. Content involving minors and illegal content is removed immediately and, where necessary, reported to the competent authorities. To appeal a decision, you can write to [destek@ambertale.app].

The Ambertale name, logo, interface, software and Ambertale’s own characters belong to [ŞİRKET UNVANI]. You may not copy them without permission, reverse engineer them, or use the service in bulk with automated tools.

We provide the service with care; however, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law and the rights you have as a consumer are reserved.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile and settings page, and download a copy of your data before deleting it. Details are in the Privacy and KVKK Information Notice.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) within the monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) above those limits.
